Family care coordination · an employee benefit

Family responsibilities don’t stop when the working day begins.

Parentro Care gives your employees a dedicated Care Coordinator, supported by AI, who researches, arranges and follows up on childcare, eldercare and family admin. Your people get one point of contact. You get a team that can focus on work.

Employer-funded. No cost to employees.

Why employers offer Parentro Care

Protect your team’s focus by taking family admin off their plate.

Employees spend working hours searching for childcare, organising support for ageing parents and chasing appointments. Parentro takes on that work so it stops competing with their job.

Better productivity

More focus at work and fewer family-related interruptions, because someone else is making the calls, comparing the options and following up.

Improved retention

Support experienced people through demanding family moments, like a new baby or a parent who needs more care, so they don’t have to choose between family and career.

Employee wellbeing

Reduce the mental load of managing family care. Employees know a named coordinator is handling it and will keep them updated.

Stronger employer brand

Offer meaningful support beyond traditional benefits, one that families notice and talk about.

Parentro Care is designed with the aim of improving these outcomes. Results depend on each workforce and how the benefit is used.

What we coordinate

Three areas of family life, handled from first call to final arrangement.

How it works

Your employee describes the need. Their coordinator gets it done.

  1. Share what you need

The employee contacts Parentro through a simple digital platform and describes the situation in their own words.

  2. AI organises the request

Our system structures the details, priorities and deadlines so nothing is lost and work can start straight away.

  3. A Care Coordinator takes ownership

The coordinator researches options, verifies information and, when the employee authorises it, contacts providers and makes the arrangements.

  4. Kept informed until it’s done

Progress updates arrive proactively, with one point of contact throughout, until the request is resolved.

Inside Parentro Care

Everything a family needs to stay organised, in one place.

Family circle

Keep the whole family on the same page.

With the employee’s permission, a partner, siblings or other relatives can follow updates and share information, wherever they live.

Request tracking

Every request becomes a clear plan.

Each request is broken into steps, so employees can see what is done, what is in progress and what comes next.

Messaging

Updates on your terms, whenever you need them.

Employees message their coordinator from phone or laptop and get updates without having to chase.

Planning ahead

Prepare for what’s coming, in good time.

A new baby, a school move or a parent who needs more support: think it through with a clear checklist and a coordinator who keeps it moving.

Care team

Personal, one‑to‑one support.

Each employee has a named Care Coordinator, backed by a team with experience across childcare, eldercare and family administration.

What makes Parentro different

Not a chatbot or a directory. A person who gets things organised and completed.

Human Care Coordinators do the work. AI makes them faster.

One point of contact

Employees deal with one coordinator instead of managing many providers and arrangements themselves.

Confidential and independent of HR

What an employee asks for stays between them and Parentro. Employers see anonymised usage, never individual requests.

Human ownership

A Care Coordinator takes responsibility for each request, from research through to follow-up.

AI that speeds up the work

Technology handles research, organisation and reminders, so coordinators spend their time on people.

Practical, personal help

Coordination shaped around each family’s needs, schedule and preferences.

Proactive progress tracking

Employees hear from us with updates, rather than having to chase.

For HR and People teams

Easy to launch. Easy to keep visible.

We handle the rollout with you, so employees know the benefit exists and how to use it.

Questions from employers

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Write to info@parentro.com and we’ll get back to you.

How is Parentro Care different from our EAP or health insurance?

An EAP typically offers counselling and advice, and insurance covers the cost of treatment. Parentro does neither. We take on the practical work of finding, arranging and following up on childcare, eldercare and family appointments, which neither of those benefits usually covers.

Do employees pay anything?

No Parentro subscription is charged to employees. If they choose to use an external provider, such as a nursery, a home-care agency or a clinic, that provider’s fees are paid separately.

Who can use the service?

Eligible employees and their families, as agreed in your company’s plan. We set eligibility with you during onboarding.

Will HR see what employees ask for?

No. Requests are confidential between the employee and Parentro. Employers receive anonymised, aggregated usage information only.

Is Parentro an AI chatbot?

No. Every request is owned by a human Care Coordinator. AI supports the coordinator by organising requests and speeding up research and follow-ups.

Where is Parentro Care available?

We’re launching with a small group of founding employers. Tell us where your teams are based and we’ll confirm coverage for each location.

How is pricing set?

Companies pay a monthly subscription based on the number of eligible employees. Book an intro call and we’ll prepare a quote for your workforce.
